The Nantucket Project — Jeff Grant is a minister, activist, social ethicist and author. As Director of the Progressive Prison Project in Greenwich, and Assoc. Minister/Director of Prison Ministries of the First Baptist Church of Bridgeport Connecticut, Jeff is engaged in bringing together diverse communities to share critical information on survival, transformation and success – pre-entry, inside and upon reentry from prison.
Jeff earned a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in NYC after his incarceration in Federal prison for a white-collar crime. Selected by The Nantucket Project as a 2012 TNP Fellow – he gave the kick-off speech at the 2012 Fellows Academy luncheon and was asked to return in 2013 to share his story on the main stage.
