Emily Hart recently expanded her involvement with the non-profit community from New York to Connecticut when she joined the Board of Directors in September 2016. Previously, Emily worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor in New York providing counseling services for prevention, alternative to incarceration, and parole and probation treatment mandates. After receiving her LMSW from Columbia University, Emily transitioned into non-profit management while continuing counseling services in outpatient mental health clinics. Emily’s management expertise focuses on grant and contract management, performance improvement, and population health management. Emily also serves on the Marketing Committee for Healthcare Leaders of New York (ACHE’s local NY chapter). Emily resides in Westchester County.
